For my first review, I have chosen my favorite water pipe I have ever owned, The Mad Scientist 3.0 by Molino Glass.The Mad Scientist 3.0 is an amazing 4-Piece bong which features a 2-Part diffuser AND a removable percolator. The Mad Scientist 3.0 features two water chambers to cool and filter the smoke. It passes through the water in the bottom chamber, then up into the central chamber where it goes through a percolator which increases the overall surface-area to volume-ratio of the smoke. This double filtration system delivers the full flavour of your legal smoking herbs smoothly and without any harshness. The percolator is easily removed from the central chamber for easy cleaning.
The combination of the diffuser and the percolator provides an excellent smoking experience. Additions such as pre-coolers and ash-catchers provide an even smoother smoking experience.
The Mad Scientist 3.0 is a high tech water pipe at a surprisingly low price. It's rare to find such an intricate piece at such a low price. You can pick one up from Grasscity or EveryoneDoesIt for about $100 with Free Shipping, and they’ve been known to throw some free goodies too. Throw in one of those snazzy precoolers or ash catchers and you'll drop jaws of any glass junky you may know.
Molino is known for quality glass work, and they have not let us down with the Mad Scientist 3.0. This water pipe offers the smoothest smoking experience out of any water pipe I have owned. The glass-on-glass design offers you a range of add-ons for your Mad Scientist 3.0 let's you customize the water pipe to your taste. Overall this is and will always be my favorite water pipe, I suggest it to anyone looking for a high-tech water pipe at a low-tech price!
